Second on the story, I woul keep sopping up with fresh towels and wash. If it is brake fluid then you could be in trouble and maybe you can file a "comprehensive" claim on your insurance.

Story --> My parents own horses. They have a dumpster that they dump all the horse shit into, and the dumpster gets swapped out when it gets full.

So...The guy that changes the dumpsters comes on a friday evening, when no one is home, he picks up the full dumpster and as he is moving it one of the lines on his truck bursts spraying hydraulic fluid all over the ground and my car.

My dad notices a big stain on the ground on Sunday afternoon, so he calls the guy and asks what happened, and the guy told him what I typed above. So then my dad puts 2 & 2 together: since my car is on jack stands right next to this big stain on the ground there is a pretty good chance that some got on my car...and sure enough he was right

hand wash the entire car with Dawn soap! you might have to wash it a couple times but it will take it all off. first i would take some rags and wipe off all the heavy stuff, then wash it. you will need to wax it after because dawn will strip off any wax!
