Unhappy help

i parked my silver 04 srt4 under a tree in florida. tree branch fell. but it seems theres something thats all over the car, makes it feel kinda like sand paper, and makes it look dirty too. any ideas i try to just wash i, no dice... help

From what it sounds like, a Clay Bar would help like slickwillie said. But some pictures and more details would also help!

yeah the branch did quite a number on the rear door and quarter well not really bad but body shop prolly pics tomoro tho
