Default Cleaning Intercooler fins

Does anyone know of a good way to clean the intercooler fins on a big intercooler.Im driving my car through the winter and the fins looks gray not silver like before.I can polish the end tanks, but how do i clean the fins so they look silver not dirty gray?

Maybe spray some eagle one wheel mag cleaner and use a tooth brush to clean them out

To clean the fins i'd probably take it down to the car wash and pressure wash it, can't think of what else to do. You might bend some fins in the process depending on the pressure....maybe soak it in some soap as well?
