Default Cleaning The Engine Bay Now

I just used a heavy duty degreaser which worked pretty well at getting off the grease from my last axle ( ripped cv boot). Now im using the CD2 on the bay and waiting for it to do its magic. What do u guys recommend for the FMIC, I was reading that the CD2 might do some good but will it make it nice and shiny?

i tried everything but nothing worked as good as i wanted it to. So i repainted the fins with high temp, high gloss silver. then buffed the sides like 5 times with compound. worked great! just an idea for ya...

search for some of the threads on here. Its a cleaner where u can spray on the the engine bay leave for about 20 minutes and it works wonders. Takes all of the dust and some grime off of ur bay. I used a degreaser first to get most of the crap off then used the cd2 and made my lines look like new.

no problemo. im guess murrays, napa, etc. will have it also. i would def. use a degreaser first though. i didnt cover up any wires or anything i just sprayed it down after it was done doing its thing then sprayed the cd2 which basically doesnt need anything to be done to it. spray, let sit for 20 min, then start the car and continue normal driving. i went ahead and did a wipe down after i did spray the car after the degreaser first. then a wipe down after the normal driving

o it does. make sure if ur bay is REALLY dirty to use a degreaser first because then the cd2 will look like it didnt do anything. i noticed it a lot more on the rubber hoses more than anything such as radiator hose n such.
