Default Best way to clean coolant stains all over engine?

I recently went with a bigger turbo kit and the plug for the stock turbo coolant line popped off while driving and coolant is everywhere in the engine bay is there any negative effects to using a degreaser(purple power) all over the engine and spraying off with water?

i don't think so , just make sure the engine is cool! don't do it when is hot,
also try to cover up electrical parts as much as you can!

just low pressure water (like a hose not a power washer) should take care of it, a little degreaser and a mix of joy (like 20% degreeser 80% joy) works great, just be carefull with full strength degreaser

Yeah seriously don't hose it.. I did that with my SHO and water got in plug wells.. I did it to this car and needed to change speed sensor and oil pressure sensor within a month after hosing it.. Just clean it part by part it will look waaaay better and it's worth it trust me. It goes faster than you think too
