Default 5 Star Shine?

I've been coming across more and more ads for 5 star shine, and I'm planning to using it on my 88 vette after I'm done buffing it. It says it suposedly removes light scratches and when applied you do not need to wax your car for about 6 months. Just wondering if it's all bullshit just like I think it is? anyone get results out of it, or let alone try it out??

I'm not familair with 5 star shine at all. By your description of it it sounds like it's some type of cleaner wax (1 step). Which is why it removes light scratches and protects. Whether it lasts up to 6 months, umm, not sure about that. Only way is to try it. I doubt it will last that long though.

Hey gq4life, when you clay your car make sure to wax it afterwards. The clay will remove the majority of your wax leaving no real protection behind.
