I have the hotchkis sway bars. Only thing shitty about them is the $70 replacement end links.
Then again if i wasn't in a rush i probably could've gotten them off without waffling them SCH-I510 using AutoGuide.C

Looking to purchase a set of sway bars front and rear for my srt . Just wanna know what u guys things is the best. Lmk thanks guys
Before you stick aftermarket bars on your car, for 1/5 the money, try at least ONE set of polyurethane bushings on your OEM bars. Then decide. Except for the hardest driving, the OEM bars, when refitted with polyurethane bushings are really pretty robust and do a good job. |

Keep in mind, that no matter how fat (diameter) your torsion bar, or how stiff the metal alloy, shaping, hollow, solid, adjustable positions et.al. - until the bushing material quits moving or in particular quits SQUISHING, the bar dunt do any work. The bar resists twisting when the car body "leans"(short version). So the soft bushings deform first and you have about 1 inch SLOP (left and right side = 2 inches), by then the other suspension components & tires are already overloaded. I wouldn't fault you for getting larger bars, but before you pony up $$$ try upgrading the rear OEM bar first. One or two sockets is all that's required and $50. Then decide. Keep us posted and put up some pix............ |

Mole you devil - what bushing set up did you have? Any pictures to share?
I have a sway bar upgrade lurking on my "radar"................. ES or supplied bushings with the bars. Get Hotchkis. I have a spare set of used Mopar sways in my garage.

#1 Hotchkis #2 Mopar #3 eibach #4 progress #5 Mopar welfare sways Once again I'll say it, eibach sucks and the part is designed for a regular neon. The front is the same size as stock so outside of being a different color it is a waste.

Stowaway, Is there an alternative to getting the endlinks for the rear sway bar other then directly from hotchkiss that you know of? I've searched around but all I could find was a replacement directly from them
