I have a friend who bought some tein ss coilovers used from another forum member but they came with no top hats, what info can i pass along to help him get what he needs

Well I have the same ones. He can either get the camber plates from tein and spend a shit ton of money or he can just reuse the stock top hats. Whatever he prefers.
