Default Strange Sound

I had just finished driving back to wilmington from charlotte, about 230 miles, and when i turned into my apartment complex here, i heard a loud groan/squeel.

I turned my music off, and next turn in the parking lot same deal, and when i straighten out the wheel. I have gone out and driven it since, and at high speeds, it does not make the sound at all. At higher speeds, say 80+, the steering wheel has a significant shake that it didnt have when i bought the car 5k miles ago.

Any ideas on what is causing it.

Once again its a Groaning/squeel noise, only noticed at low speeds, also noticed with car turned off when wheel is turned. bouncing the front end up and down doesnt make any noise, fluid levels are where they should be. It makes the noise in either direction, and obviously when straigtening back out.

Any help would be much appreciated.... need to figure this out before i blow the money i have on other little things

That entered my mind. What is confusing me is the fact that it does it even with the car turned off.

More info:

Raining here today in wilm. When i first started it up, and went to back out of my parking space it made the sound. After driving a while, the sound stopped, couldnt even replicate it with the car off. Thinking maybe some bushings going bad, sound stopped with rain cause it was lubricated... IDK, recently moved here, need to find a shop
