Stage 3 Coilovers?

I bought my srt about a year and half ago and the guy claimed it had stg 3 coilover suspension. I know its height and rebound adjustable but i have a long hook tool but nothing else. is it only supposed to have the hook or am i supposed to have two hooks that are different sizes? also he had the titanium front and rear mopar strut braces but the driver side southern most bolt isnt connected to the strut could he have broken the struts securing bolts?

No just the one hook. Use it to lower/raise the spring perch on the bottom.

If the locking rings are still there, they are black and are stationary.

ill take photos i know nothing about adjusting or anything i have a feeling they might be damaged because i got hit bad in passenger rear tire and my rim folded back broke the control arm and craked my rim in half. but idk ill see
