Default Srt-4 4 point roll cage with harness bar and camera mount

The same Fabricator that makes the 4 point for the FD RX7 is going to make one for my car.
I'll post pictures of the prototype and if there is an interest for 10 or more
Justin will become a vendor and sell them here.
This will meet the specs for the Texas mile and other events but not nhra
a 4 point wont work.
He will come on here if you have any questions.

What kind of situatious would require an NHRA roll cage? Just NHRA events or what?

Pretty sure its 11.49 or quicker in the 1/4 when a cage is required. 4pt is no longer legal. They now require at least one door bar on the driver side.

BTW you should be able to buy the cage you're talking about from Autopower for 300-400 bucks and not hafta fab shit.

Did your seats come with the harness holes in them? If not who did you get to do them, put in inserts in?

I bought them from S&P (vendor) and put them in myself. There is an old how-to on here.

Yes its bolt in and yes you can remove it. obviously you'd be leaving holes in the floor and wheel wells but you could just leave the plates bolted on the underside to plug the holes while its out. This isn't something you'd wanna take in and out often though, it's not that much fun trust me.

I haven't taken any recent pics of mine since I put the back seat back in, or I'd post.

Well said. It was tough enough getting the thing in. Besides it being 'removable', it's really a great alternative to saving money by not getting one custom fabbed.

I was worried too. It took me 2hrs to do the first seat. After that, the courage was up and the second seat only took 30min.

That's a good price ty for the link.
Shouldn't the hoop be closer to the roof? in the pictures it looks like it's about 2" lower.
I guess you can add plates to raise it but for the price it's a sexy deal!

Well, there is a trade off in getting a bolt-in vs. welded. The bolt-in cages are meant to fit in any SRT-4 or Neon with the interior in place. Since all cars from the factory are not exact in dimensions, the bolt-in cage is built with more clearance than if you went custom.
