use a grease gun on the chassis mounts and just some spray grease (not wd40) on the bushings on the endlinks.

I can a can of multipurpose grease. Its purple, not sure of the brand, maybe Valvoline. Is that okay for the bushings? Also ive never seen the spray kind, is it a specialty thing or pretty common? Thanks

Same here....damn squeaky ass hotchski! I will lube it up as well and see if it works. It doesn't sound like the end links are making all the noise though

stick a grease gun on the zerk fittings and pump some lube up through the bushings. Really quick and easy and will definitely make a difference. If you don't have a grease gun wal-mart will have one for like 5 bucks.

I'll probably put it where it bolts into the chasis too

I got Champion 'Chain Lube' multipurpose spray grease

Looks very similar to WD40 in terms of the straw and spray. Is this what you meant? Thanks

Bump

Re-installed my hotchskis and the front is squeaky as shit. I used a LOOOOOOOOT of lube too. Where the brackets go and the bushings themselves.

Do they need a "break in" so to speak, like they'll need to be re-torqued in 100 miles or so?

Also, did the front need to be installed on the ground or jack stands?

try this, put a washer between the swaybar bracket and the chassis. This will space it out and not squish the bushing causing it to bind. You often have to do that or shave down the flat part of a D-shaped swaybar bushing in non-oe applications. with just the chassis mounts torqued you should be able to freely move with little/no pressure.

ramps or ground to properly torque the endlinks. The chassis mounts don't care.

So you have washers on all your bushings? Interesting. I might give that a try, it's kind of annoying hearing it flex in the front..or what sounds like flexing.

I thought you had to install the rears under load..the front I wasn't sure.
