the eibach's arent adjustable as far as dampning goes. i would use megans, bc's ( very popular to use with our cars ) or even the k-sports. you could also just get a set of tokico illumina 5 way adjustable struts if your on a budget and cannot afford to get a set of CO's.

In regards to the ride quality being stiff....
I had Mopar Performance Springs and the ride was stiff as hell.
I now have Mopar Performance Stage 2 COs and the ride is damn near like stock. Not too stiff at all. It's nite and day! I highly recommend them!
