Default LCA help.

So I've had my Rage-Tek LCA bushing for about a month now and I havent installed them yet. Why you ask? Well, before these I had ES bushings (nice upgrade) which dont require you to remove the whole bushing, just the rubber. So i still have the big round metal sleve in the control arm and I cant figure out how to get it out now. Ive tried a press and that didnt work. In the how-to they used a air hammer to remove bushing and sleve but im not sure that will work for me now. Any tips, suggestions??

If nothing else, sell boths arms to somebody wanting the es ones and trade for their factory arms. I bought the rage-tek lca's and haven't put them in yet as well, only because I haven't had the time.

Why not remove the es bushings and take a hack saw to the metal sleeve?
Or working from outside in a good sharp chisel and a BFH.
