will not allow you to run a tire over 24.4" in height, designed for a regular neon.

True, but isn't the Tokico struts for the ACR SRT-4 the same height? Must be very close the the 00-05 reg neon height.

Anyone know?

They're popular for 80's turbo Mopars, partly because they're one of the few struts available for that application. I have them on both of my CSXes, and they're fine. They're not performance pieces, but they're a slight step up from stock on those older cars. Affordable, too.

Tis be true! Would those struts be a decent relacement over the Tokico struts I currently have? I know they won't have the very high performance factor, but would they be as reliable/ decent handling?

reliable, likely. decent handling? don't know. They aren't exactly set up to handle the weight but it isn't a huge deal for daily driving and occasional spirited adventures.
