squat and dive is less than stock, but more than the Tein H-techs, so it's a trade-off in stiffness . I've got Tokico Illuminas on the front because the H-tech ride was crappy on the fronts. I had to run the Tokicos on setting 1 or 2 with the H-techs, with the Mopars I am running setting 3 and even 4 wouldnt be too bad. I'm waiting for the rears to be shipped, should have them on in the next week or so.
Stage 2-3 Same springs-
According to Marcel Horn at KW suspensions, the fronts are 250 pounds and the rears are 167 pounds.
The fronts are 250?!? That sounds a little high, is that accurate? I used to have the Tein S-tech springs and now have the KW 3 coilovers, I find it hard to believe that the KW stuff is stiffer than the Tein springs.

for any of those wondering, i called up tokico and they said the fronts are 155 nm and the rears are 200nm. the drop is 1.5" up front and 1.8" in back.
So the rates are 114.3 lbs/ft for front and 147.5 lbs/ft for the rear?

I always thought spring rates were measured in lb/in, as in 200 lbs to compress 1 inch. 155 newtons are required to compress it 1 meter which is 1,371.86 lb/in and 200 nm is 1,770.15 lb/in. That car wouldn't have suspension travel with those rates.
