I have had megan suspension on my Talon and on my Evo8. I really like their coilovers. As for the springs, I dont have personal experience, but my buddy has them on his GSX and they ride fairly nice. But watch out for pot holes, the rebound will throw you through the roof.
go to the how-to section. there's gotta be something in there. You can pretty much follow the how-to install coilovers because it's basically the same.
on the front, remove swaybar endlink bolt, makes it much easier to install the strut. remove rear swaybar endlinks. You want to do this with the car on the ground or else it'll have load on it.
remove wheel
on the rear, remove brake caliper. two bolts.
undo 3 bolts on top of strut. in the rear you need to pull the carpet back on the strut towers.
undo ground strap and other 10mm bolts holding stuff to strut body.
undo 2 clevis bolts. They are splined into the knuckle so only try to turn the nut, then tap the bolt out.
remove strut
use spring compressor to compress spring
use a shop rag and locking pliers to hold strut shaft as far up the shaft as you can, avoid making any marks on the shaft with teeth of pliers.
take large nut on top of strut off, holding pliers to keep strut shaft from spinning.
remove top hat and spring, noting location and direction of arrow stamped on the top hat.
install new spring, compress it with spring compressor
hold shaft still, install tophat and nut on strut shaft.
tighten to 55ft/lbs or as much as you can without spinning the shaft. spinning can damage the seals in the strut and cause it to blow prematurely.
remove spring compressor
install strut into car, tighten clevis bolts to 40 ft/lbs + 90° turn.
install 3 top nuts to hold strut to strut tower.
install ground straps and other 10mm bolts holding stuff to struts
put wheels on, tighten to 90 ft/lbs.
install endlinks.
drive to alignment shop
get alignment.
an alternative to the shop rag and locking pliers to hold the strut still is to get a spark plug socket with flat sides up top, take the rubber insert out, use this on the top nut. put a 10 or 12 mm 1/4" drive socket over top of strut shaft, inside the spark plug socket. use a 1/4" extension through the hole in the spark plug socket and then a ratchet to hold the 10 or 12mm still. use an adjustable open end wrench to turn spark plug socket. This will keep the shaft still and just take the nut off.
Ok ... so , can someone give me some advise for the best Springs/suspension setup ? I do some lapping each week and wanna know whut is the best setup for good suspension
just go with coilovers. it's really much better at controlling the movement of the car than strut/spring combos, unless you get more expensive and go with custom valved konis or something. They also will only be a couple hundred more than the off the shelf strut/spring combos and will allow you to change spring rates, vehicle height (think corner weighting), and more easily adjust camber angles.

Ok , thanks man for the advise , i really appreciate !
if i switched to KW coilovers would have wasted money on eibach prokits springs? do do you still use the springs with the coilovers as well? just asking
