Go to the auto parts store rather than hardware store. Auto parts ussualy have harder bolts. Specially if you dont know what to look for. As far as torque.....I don't know the spec but all I did is bottom out the bracket then tightened it about 15-20 ft/lbs and it was fine. Oh I know you gonna like it and drool at how flat the car will be.

By the way...what struts are you running? Do you have the Illuminas?

Thank you very much, I think that should do it, Now just have to go down to the parts store in the am. and get the tap kit to remove the one I fucked up. I cant wait to drive it. I need everything I can get to keep the car planted, just spins and spins.

you can use the ones from dodge for that bar. just put a little bit of grease on it if you are worried about squeaks.

Okay, I was wondering if anyone is using energy suspension endlinks, endlink bushings, and/or rear sway bar bushings. I don't know if I should get greasable or non greaseable bushings and what diameter bracket I should get. I am going to install a ACR rear sway bar and I will be lowering my car. If anyone recommends a specific part # for any of the above suspension components that will be appreciated. Thanks.

Just wondering, but some 2005 PT GT convertables use a 27mm front sway bar. Is anyone using this bar?

The one listed in the above posts is a 26mm. I checked the part numbers, and they are different.

ok im assuming that they can just hire a bunch of retards at the dealership that i ordered this sway bar from. and the part # above just happends to be the stock sway bar. which is the same as uro also called compitition. so if anyone else goes thru this dont be fooled.

yea i feel the same uro is european. im asuming thats what they get in europe wich is the same as a baseline srt-4. the parts guy called it a european compitition rear sway bar it was 67$ so i was like ok get it but after searching and calling other dealerships i found out its the same as the one on my car. there is no difference between the two.
