Default drop help

i am looking to lower my car. i dont have the cash for coilovers. so i am looking for a spring an shock setup that wont run me too much. i am not the type who likes to dig into corners or a suspension junkie. i just want my car lowered a little. any help is appreciated it. also anything i would need besides an alignment?

spring and shock combo is going to run you close to coilovers, so save up an extra $200 and buy coilovers or buy H&R's or Mopars and the start saving for coilovers.

I like B&G springs on stock struts. They have 1.6" F & R drop. The ride quality is very close to stock. No harsh bumps or bounces. I put a set on my 05' after the Eibach Pro-Kit blew the rear struts in less than 5000 miles (Eibach drops the rear 1.8"). The B&G's have been on for about 14000 miles and I haven't had any problems. Here is a picture of the 05'.

ok so megan coilovers are pretty good price. what else would i need to keep everything good? i know i have to do an alignment, but i heard i would need end links and a camber kit? this is all pretty new to me, i just want to do everything right the first time. so i am assuming the only advantage c/o have is that they are adjustable? i just want to know the facts..

You will need shorter end links and an alignment. The top holes in the bottom mounts on the coilovers are slotted for camber adjustment. Plus the the fronts have camber plates. No need for camber bolts that like to come loose and/or break. The coilovers are hieght and dampening adjustable (choose the exact stance and how stiff or soft the ride is). Plus you can run a wider tire/wheel setup and you don't have to use camber bolts.
