Do Stage 1 springs need a wheel alignment afterwards?
With stage 1 springs, you don't need to get a wheel alignment afterwards right?
But what if you were to buy new struts to go w/the springs at the same time? Then I'm thinking you would need a wheel alignment afterwards?
yes you would, if you need camber bolts i have some brand new for 15shipped any time you mess with the suspension you need a alignment.

really, anytime you mess w/the suspension you need an alignment? Cuz i've been told w/the stage 1 springs, you don't have to get an alignment afterwards... i mean it makes sense to me, i'm just wondering if anybody out here would say you dont need to get an alignement done w/the stage 1 springs...
thanks for the input, that sorta changed my mind a little bit.
I have the stage 2 struts on my car and had to send them into KW before for repair. I think basically if you have to loosen anything that has to do with the suspension you will need an alignment after. With the exception of the strut mounting nuts on the top under the hood.

anytime you're touching suspension or related components i.e. struts, tie rods, balls joints, etc. you need to get an alignment.
get the before and after specs so you can see what the differences are.
Anytime you change something suspension wise you need to get an alignment. Its not like its expensive to do
Does stage 1 have a different set of alignment specs than stock? or do they set the alignment to the same specs.
I think I saw where Stage 3 has a different set of specs to align to...
Thanks for the info...
There is no "right" specs for a suspension, and it doesn't change for different suspension setups. You set the car up for what you want out of it. More negative camber if you want better cornering, less negative for daily driving and drag racing.
And while the s1 springs don't drop a ton so the camber change isn't huge, you MUST make sure your toe is correct so you don't eat the tires alive.

I saw these specs for stage 3 for alignment. I just didn't know if Stage 1 came with an install sheet as well? Left front Toe: +0.2º toe in
Left front Camber: –1.5º
Right front Toe: +0.2º toe in
Right front Camber: –1.5º
Left rear Toe: 0.0 to +0.1º toe in
Left rear Camber: –0.5 to –1.0º
Right rear Toe: 0.0 to +0.1º toe in
Right rear Camber: –0.5 to–1.0º
no, I don't believe they do. The mopar coilovers have camber adjustment built into them and if you just put the lowering springs on you won't have any adjustments for camber, just the toe.
