The steel mill maybe?

I think you'll have better luck talking with local fabricators to find where they buy materials.
You DO NOT want to see shipping costs on steel tubing...

you can usually find rail, tube, and square tube steel at any welding supply shop. as far as rod ends, sometimes napa and other places carry them, or you can go through summit and get qa1 parts. they seem to be the product of choice these days. gonna need some good welding skills as well, and a good tig for strong welds. it seems that if you are asking where to buy parts for a job like this, you are probably not ready to tackle this on your own. you will more than likely save money by buying one of the aftermarket h braces. unless you are independently wealthy, you should probably follow the old adage: "too poor to buy cheap."

somebody already poseted instructions as well as a parts list for making your own traction bars. it cost hime like 85 dollars in parts. heck of a deal. i'll look for the thread for ya.

like i said though, it takes more than a parts list to fabricate steel. i hope you have some skill. That guy was a professional welder.
