Default Been looking into these rotors

eBay Motors: DODGE NEON SRT-4 03 04 05 F/R D/S ROTORS (item 170209179939 end time Apr-15-08 21:31:03 PDT)

They look pretty legit to me, and cheap!
I'd love some feedback.

Some people here will tell you to stay away from anything on eBay. But a lot of people have also used the R1Concepts rotors from ebay and never had a problem with street use.

I would say if you're going to buy off of ebay, go with the R1Concepts simply based on user feedback here on the forums, but don't expect them to perform at a competitive level.

I have the r1 concepts slotted/drilled rotors front and rear with stock pads. No issues here. 1 year rain/snow w/e is out there. I like them, def would buy again.
