Simple problem, if I think I've blown one of my inverteds, but it shows no oil leaking, can it still be blown up? And is there any way to tell that it might have passed on to the afterlife, if it does not show any oil leakage? Who should I contact to help me with these questions?

I was told by BC that you would usually see signs of leakage if the strut was completely blown but the strut could be damaged internally and not show signs.
After looking for leakage, the next step is to pull the coilover, remove the spring and compress the coilover shaft. It should compress smoothly and should "rebound" back up smoothly and reasonably quickly (you should not have to pull it back up).
If no leakage and smooth compression/rebound then most likely the strut is still good. If in doudt, BC sells the inserts for about $95. Can call and order them directly from BC.
Jason ck it out, I called Bc and Tim told me to send him a receipt and they would send me a new cartridge for nada, zip, zero, I mean WOW! I bought them a year and half ago. I'm sure this sucker is blown. So I'm waiting to see what happens. Asta Todd

Great to hear. Yeah, I have talked to them on the phone and they are pretty cool. I bought 4 revalved cartridges for my inverts and they cut me a deal.
i had inverted ones & they would only coompress one inch of travel- period! obv they were blown but didnt leak like u'd expect... so I bought all four inserts to change em to regular non-0inverted ones and BC only charged me for three instead of four of em. I guess its beter than the alternative.
