I had that problem too when I went from stock struts to megans. My 235/35 19 rub right there on the locking rings. I'll be ok with a 3mm spacer though so not to hard to fix. I guess the coilover is just a little fatter then stock struts.
we got them on just need some fine tuning. We put 5/16 worth of washers on it to act as spacers and it worked good. just need to get spacers for the track...
set the two clevis bolts to finger tight, then put the tire on with a lug or two, then pull the top of the tire out away from the car enough until you can fit 1 finger between the tire and the coilover. Take the tire off and tighten the two clevis bolts to spec. Then you (or your alignment tech) can adjust your camber using the camber plate at the top of the coilover to get your camber set where you want it. -1° is a good all-around setting for almost everyone.
another problem i noticed was the the coilover nuts 2a and 2b are at different hieghts. This is on the front. The backs we left them how they were outta the box but its impossible to do that for the fronts due to them being so far away from the wheel hub. The ride height is the same up front on both sides but if you look in the fender well you can plainly see 2a and 2b on the driver side but can hardly see them on the passenger side.
