Any ideas how I can lower the rear Mopar stage 1 springs an inch?
Any geto mod I can do to lower the rear springs an inch.
I have the mopar stage 1 springs. The rear is so much higher than the front it bothers me but I am broke and cant do much about it.
Not crazy about the Starski and Hutch look.

nope, nothing you can do that won't drastically hurt the ride and safety.

How new are the springs? They do settle more over time..it takes the rear a lit longer because there is way less weight back there.

cutting them is one solution.
but then, (if you did)-why did you purchase them? - obviously not for the height...
i personally would never cut a spring and install it in any of my vehicles. but that's just me.

carry around something heavy for a few weeks...they will settle. Try an extra set of rims or something.

I would buy new rear springs but if you are really desperate, take a blow torch and heat them up. The heat will cause the spring to soften and sag resulting in a lower spring height.

I have a set of Stage 1 rears you could experiment with.
I bought a full set used but the fronts were hit with a torch so I didn't use the set, rears are pefect.
