The User CP navbar link has been changed to make getting to the area you want more effective, in addition the layout of the User CP has been changed to make it a bit easier to get to your PM's - which is the most used feature of the User CP.

So far we have a list here but its not really detailed. I've been adding features so I have not spent the time to put together a list of features. Once the upgrade has been "completed" and I can put together a bit of time to make the list, I was going to do an announcement.
I believe the smilies, editor issues have been fixed. Give avatars a try and the sticky threads should be separated. I'm working on the veteran/yearly images now.
Read my post on signatures. It only does this if people are exceeding the signature size that has been a RULE since like Day 1... so if people fix it, no more scroll bars. In a week, if poeple havent fixed it there will be no scroll bar and the sig image area will just be chopped off. So people should reduce it before then.
