there are supporting vendors, and the fees, are VERY VERY minimal, to just pay for server space. I personally know the guys who created SRT/C and it is a very good website. I just think, these SRT websites, need to not fight, and quit segregating themselves and just get along.

I assume that the load times are due to the admin team still working behind the scenes. IE not permanent.

Well I just experience a bump in speed between posts so I would have to say you are correct. I am sure that there is a lot of site things the I don't understand so when its all fixed the I would have to say that this is one of the better sites out there for the srt4.

I'll be doing some serious cleaning in this thread... but just wanted to post an update that the speed issue should be fixed. Had a mis-configuration and took a bit of time to track down but I believe I've got it fixed.

Heh. Keeping the thread on topic, without going to pm's. I was there, I know what you did, but there are a bunch of people who did the same and more. What makes me lulz is you tooting your own horn like your something special. Wow, your an internet hometown hero. Go sit down and play with Carlos, I hear that he's kind of a big deal too.

Thanks. Is there any possibility that we will be getting more admin on here?

As a side note, the new vbulletin software features an infraction system. So it will be much much easier for us to hand out bans and temporary bans to people who just can't seem to play nicely with others.

I'm itching to test it out, can't wait to bring on some more mods and supermods and show them how to use it as well. I think things are going to be taking a turn for the better around here soon

oh, that's right. you're one of the guys who hates this site but never stops coming. totally forgot. but i know carlos and i are 2 of the people you guys are told to hate for whatever reason, so that gave it away.

theres no point continuing with you. good day.

btw.. im not saying i did more than anyone.. i'm sure that title goes to john. but as far as those who "did the same or more" than i did, good for them. was that turtle guy one of them? i doubt it. so how is your statement relevant in the least?

I think most of the time we can track down the problems and bugs as long as people can present feedback in a calm and rational manner

For that I will support the member fee no questions about it.

I don't think you have to look far (even in this thread) to test it on.

The white text seems to be getting used a lot lately. Personally it should be gotten rid of. There are those that are abusing it and creating hidden messages as jokes to others that know nothing about it. There is a section for those that want to start shit and that is OT. If you are anywhere on the forums starting crap then a warning then ban should happen. We are here for the cars not others personal opinons on other members. Some forums ban for much much less then what it tolerated here, I suspect that is why there were some changes made. More warnings and bans might be happening here soon.

I've temporarily disabled the ability to use different fonts and colors until the abuse stops. We can re-evaluate adding it down the road.

the easy solution is to pick a color scheme that doesn't use a font color for the background.

x2 on the locked thread of updates.
