If you are coming please read this thread as it contains information for you the guys that are local

if you are an SRT owner you will have to contact me as we will be arriving in a caravan

I found out this out from this thread and later by confirmations by his GF and best friend is how I found out that Steven and another fellow SRT driver had passed on.:

Is this TRUE!!!Nightshade Has Sadly Passed Away Last Night!!!!

This is going to be hard for me to pass on as I am in still in shock after I confirmed that he was one of the people involved at the UCF accident last night.

It feels like what happend with Andrew all over again almost 3 years ago.

Another great person has passed on and a great fellow community member , vendor and friend.

The details of the accident have not been disclosed and I would ask everyone here to stop the rumors until either Steven's parents or myself post it up here with more concrete information.

All of his friends ( and my friends as well ) have been told by Steven's girlfriend that the event that unfolded events are true. I still haven't been able to contact his parents at the moment but most of his friends are trying to pull together.

I'll post details if given the ok by his friends and family to post up information about the services that are going to be given.

funds are always welcomed and if you feel that we should get together as a community once more please go ahead and contact me if you want to donate to Steven's family.

thanks again guys.

RIP

Stevo
6/11/87-4/4/06
Max
4/4/06

As of right now fastattack@srtoc.com will be only taking Max's funds as the family got up their paypal information. note of what I am doing for those that donated to my account at the end of this thread.
Quote:
Here is the info for Steven's (Nightshade) family
PAYPAL
MLORENZ@BIGFOOT.COM.

BANK
Steven Lorenz Memorial Fund at Bank of America.

These funds have been set up to help cover funeral costs for Steven's family. Your thoughts, prayers, and phone calls are all greatly appreciated...they are what's keeping us going. You all are amazing!

If you can't paypal or just wish to send a postcard/flowers/donations to the parents:

Lorenz Family
20240 SW 50 PL
SW RAnches, FL 33332

As soon as I find information about Max's parents address or any other information I will re-edit the post

No word yet on Max's family
thanks

Steven wasn't driving, as someone posted here , he had gone to help another srt owner install a new part.. in the end the owner of the car crashed while steven was the passanger with another friend on the back seat.

UPDATE

The driver was Maximillian Krumm he passed away during the accident details about him have not come in
but thanks to a fellow forum member he has found a little bit more details about him. ( I've yet to find out his Nick here on the forums)

http://ucf.facebook.com/profile.php?...8&l=f14fdf4352

His online nick here at the forums
LazerMax

PLEASE DO NOT START ANY NEW THREADS ABOUT THE ACCIDENT OR ANYTHING RELATED TO IT.

By request of very close family and friends, one thread is going to be enough at the moment, essentially by having only one thread the parents of steven and the parents of maximillian can follow.

I will close other threads that pop up because of this request.

I will go ahead and split the money into 2
Funds given by SRTforum members to both parties:

ekool $200
ChicagolandSRT club ( not disclosed at the moment)
neonelite10 $100
Jerod $75
OrionR12 $75
RuGoingup $300
cycotom $100
BoostKing $5.00
TenSix $20.00
Coy $35
Neons of Texas $25 and another donation for $47.94
nineinchnick ? $50.00
Amy K. (nick?) $20.00

As or right now I will not keep track of Steven's funds since his family now has their own paypal info. I will sit down with them on the appropriate time and log into paypal so they can see who has donated , so they know who to email.

This is horrible. I really want to wait until the names are released and I pray that he was the one that was only injured. Either way, my thoughts and prayers to out to the familes that lost someone.
