hmm, I am not a big fan of white. I don't care for the look on the SRT-4. I like the new orange much better.

do you guys have a web link where it states that dodge is offering the ACR option to all 05 models. Because when I purchased mine yesterday, they stated to me its only a pkg for the white srt4.

There are photos of an orange one here on the forums. I also know of a black one that was ordered from a local dealer. So, the guy that told you that it was only for white ,was full of shit. Go back and kick him in the nuts.

does it have to be pre-ordered with the car? Or can it just be sent as a pkg? Or do you not know?

It has to be ordered with the car.
The dealer should be able to select any of the available colors in the ordering system and then add the $1,195 Competition package to that order.

The code is listed in the system as ACR. The details simply say Competition package and then lists the $1,195 price.

Spicer's got it...

It has to be ordered with the car.. They can't ship it to the dealer..

The best chance you have is for your order to get changed but that will take some luck and a great dealer with a sales manager that knows ppl in DCX that can do an order edit....

[EDIT] OR, go back to the dealer (since you only ordered it yesterday) and cancel that order and order a new one with the ACR package (ACR sales code)....

I'd put in my order right away....

Even though the 2005 model year is running a little longer than normal, they like to shut off the orders a couple of months ahead of time....

Put an order in and put the minimum money down that the dealer requires.

It might be a while until it comes in....

Would SOMEONE please post a list of the things that come with the ACR package? I read the WHOLE thread, and there's just a lot of speculation....someone who knows, please? All I can see is smaller wheels/tires, shocks, swaybars, seats, and some bushings-am I right or wrong? If you can get a more aggressive steering rack, I'd go for the package, otherwise, I'll mod my suspension how I see fit...
