It appears that the Dodge Charger is finally hitting showroom floors. Also, the models that are hitting the showroom floors are full Hemi equiped models, not just the base versions. Here are some pictures below, and of course if you are interested in discussing the Dodge Charger, stop in at the Dodge Charger Forums.

We do have others coming, but they won't sell this one until they get a second one here. This is the "I wanna drive it" one. We'll sell it after we get another. For information on purchasing this or any of ours you can get them from Performance Dodge. Call 1-800-240-3777 and ask for John Becker, Mario Overstreet, or Scott Sutton. Make sure they know I sent ya!!!!

The first Corvette had a six cylinder engine.
The first Porsche was still very much a Volkswagen.
Lamborghini started out as a tractor company.
The original Mustang borrowed heavily from the Falcon parts bin.
The first GTO was a LeMans option package.
The EVO is based on the Lancer.
The R32 is based on the Golf.
The SRT-4 is based on the Neon.
Judge not humble beginnings...
I drove one on Friday... non SRT but it did have the Hemi in it... I wasn't impressed... it felt like a big heavy car..
well it kinda is a big heavy car... i've been in the 300C ( should handle about the same ) and although it does feel BIG and HEAVY it still feels nimble..
Rt isnt gonna be that fast (for people that are used to the spool of a turbo neon) thats what the srt8 is for.. put some standard v8 upgrades on it like exhaust, headers, and a cam on it and i bet the srt8 and the RT area gonna be pretty nuts and great sounding.
The SRT-8 is definately an improvement over the standard. There is no doubt though, this thing will sell. It doesn't have to appeal to EVERY crowd to be successful.
