·i paid for srtoc 2 1/2 months ago with no signs of gear or response to gear inquiry

JR,
I dont know how many times I have to answer the same question. I think I have answered this question A HUNDRED TIMES over, and am tired of repeating it for everyone.
The gear ships when I have time. I will provide full refunds upon request, at any time. No, I dont have a specific date. No, I dont know when your specific packet is going out. Please, dont ask, because I just dont know.
I have had an AGP CAI and ED Catback for my car for over 2 months and havent had time to install them... I finally had time to do the ED exhaust system last night. Every time I have to answer a question "when is my srtoc gear shipping" -- it delays them that much more.

Wow.. thats what I do for a living... and every once in a while i will sell a part to a ricer for my effort.
So their behavior justifies yours? I'm not easily offended by foul language... i just think that having it on the homepage (before you even enter the forums) is in poor taste.
And if the answer i get is "This is the internet, get used to it." No. I refuse. I am a member of several automotive forums and all of them have a higher level of class and maturity than this forum (with possible exception to neons.org).
If you ask me... you should make it a paid forum. That'll weed out some of the undesirables, and keep it more attractive to true enthusiasts. Im sure many of people you complain about would rather spend a few bucks on carbon-fibre foglight surrounds than a good technical forum.
This place is filled with useless "Look at my car" posts, and very very very little useful information. And the useful information is so hard to find it gives me a headache to weed through all the reposts and mis-information to find the right answers to any question.
I would be more than happy to volunteer as a moderator, or perhaps there are others that would like the job... but certainly more are needed.
EKOOL-I appreciate what you do for us by providing a forum, where we can come to when we have Q's, buy/sell performance parts and need advice. Especially when its all free, to share ideas, post pictures and B.S...You do alot and cant see how anyone could complain.
THANKS, MIKE
My suggestion if you want to get rid of some assholes then get rid of off topic all together. I know a lot of people like it and off topic is where a lot of people get to know things about each other aside from the car. There was a lot of bull shit and stupid posts all over the place in my last car forum and they got rid of off topic and it was a lot better place to be because the people who were all about the car stuck around and all the morons went elsewhere to share their stupidity.
i think that idea plus a small fee would work great as a remedy for the massive amounts of unnecessary, unrelated and duplicated content.
a fee might not ever be feasible, but things can be changed. theres a deal of room for improvement.

I'm the admin of SoCalEvo.net and I know exactly what you speak of. We have a lot of problems with bulk and junk mail folders swallowing up our activation emails so I get very unhappy emails from people. It sucks.
i was going through some od disks and found pics of some race car skins i made for an old nascar game i used to run, and i saw i did a Kool Aid Intrepid that i thought you might want to check out..here's the link
Uhhh I didnt get my complimentry fruit basket and velveta cheese log when I signed up for my "free account". Are these items hung up at the UPS centeral hub in Deluth, IA?
