Just finished getting my car tuned by Pablo @ Lujan Motorsports here in miami... and I must say david, that new M10 nozzle is just awesome. I'll let the #'s speak for themselves...
Previously my car was at 281whp and 318tq with my M5 nozzle and full bolt ons plus e-manage and controller coolingmist kit.
Since then we installed a new fuel pump because mine started to go bad a few weeks after the car was tuned, and a new M10 nozzle. Let me remind you i'm still on stock turbo here.
And the paperwork!
The first one is with the Methanol off... just pure turbo and engine.
The next one is with the methanol on and the boost bumped up a few notches since we were able to now!
And the next one is a comparison throughout the powerband of meth on and off.
Thanks david for an awesome kit! And the controller was able to let us help keep that initial A/F lean spike under control.

When we were tuning it last we had it maxxed out on the controller and it wasn't making much of a difference at all. With this injector i can actually tell a difference.
I know i'm gonna get some questions and heat for having an M10 on a stock turbo, but i found it more effective than the M5. And the dyno doesn't lie!

You have some great numbers and I greatly appreciate your input. We have been attacked back and forth for suggeting M10s for certain customers. Yourself, B4TN, PC03, Stealth R/T and many others who have actually USED our controller understand how it works.
The people that attack you for having a M10 are going to be people that are associated with a competitors product or that run one.
We have said it before and its getting proven again and again, having a controller without tune adjustment is useless, you may as well just get a boost switch activated kit. Our controller gives you the ability to dial in the EXACT amount you need. Its better to slightly oversize the nozzle and dial the controller back to get your flow requirements.
Thanks again for the support I will archive your results.

Any time! Glad i can help proove a valid point. I'll post up the real sheets when i get home, those ones with the crazy a/f lines was an inside joke but it was all i had loaded up.
And the best part is how easy the controller is. The first few pulls with the meth on it was running REALLY rich up top and a little lean down low. I lowered the low boost dial (left one) a couple psi to get it to come on quicker, I extended the high boost dial (right one) up a few psi so it wouldn't reach full pressure till later in the rpm band, and i increased the intensity dial (middle) so i would get a little better volume even though i widened the distance from initial on to full pressure. hope i wasn't too confusing.
Very impressive! what are the excact settings you are using? For my S3 I have on at 5 full 13 and flow set to 9. That is with dual M5 nozzles. HOM off it bogs with that much flow but HOM on it rocks
we have it on so early because the stock turbo spools so fast that it needs time to realize that its in boost. 17 is set because it was richening up too much around the middle so we extended the max. pressure a bit past it... and the flow was bumped up from the previous 6 notch because since we extended the max pressure back, we still wanted a good flow rate.
I always have a difficult time trying to remember mods.
Intake, mbc, AGP wga, hardpipes, bfmic, type-s bov, fuel return line, Stage 1, ngk iridium plugs @.33-.35 +wires.... uhhhh... oh e-manage and the coolingmist kit. I may be missing something but those are the major power mods. I had 0 portwork so i was still on the stock TB, intake mani, exhaust mani, turbo, etc.
I'm gonna get re-dyno'd soon now that i have a ported TB, fuel pump rewire, DCR oil modifier, PTP wga spring upgrade, and hopefully soon i'll have a ported intake mani as well.

That is a generous dyno. That is a very high number for the mods you listed. Almost 300 hp on stock turbo and stock injectors.
Stay tuned for next months post
why did my engine just blow up.
