Default Problems with pump...

I finally installed the kit and I hooked it up to the battery to see if the pump was functional. After I connected it to the battery, the pump vibrated like hell but it was spraying, the water was very choppy, after a while the water just stopped coming out (I can hear the pump working but no water was coming out of the line) I disconnected the water line thinking there might be a hole but still no water coming out of the pump.

Is there anything I should try to troubleshoot?

If not could you ship me a new one and I can send this one back? (I have the trunkmount kit)

Thanks!

If you can call us monday at 888-MORE-HPW I can talk to you about this. I need to get a good understanding of whats happening. If we cant get it fixed you can send the kit back (tank/pump) and I will test and replace.

Thanks.

Thanks alot bud the new pump works...

although it did take quite some time to prime (more than 2 minutes) I did the same with the other pump for 3 mins and it still didnt prime.

for some reason my pump isnt spraying no matter what boost i'm at, when i hook it up to the battery directly the led turns on and the pump works but perhaps the relay isnt working?

Which way to do I turn the knob to turn the boost up/down...

the boost switch turns counter clockwise for lower, clockwise for higher. its set at 10 psi. I would check the electrical connections make sure its wired correctly.
