Default new controller DMS (Device Management System)

Its been quite a busy time. Our new DMS is getting a nice datalog program. DMS stands for "Device Management System" Here is our pdf:

We are a methanol injection manufacturing company, this product is our first product that steps outside the realm of methanol/water injection. While this controller obviously works as a great methanol controller, it can do anything including Nitrous. Infact, it can activate/deactivate on 5 different channels at the same time. There is one serial port to connect to your laptop and one that is used for future devices to connect.

With DMSyou can monitor and or turn devices on/off based on engine input. You can use and/or clauses as well. You can program your wideband to send a signal to our controller, if your a/f runs to lean and you want to activate a device (or de-activate) you can do that. You can take combination of inputs as well. The programmable 0-5V out can come in handy as well.

DMS has:

4 Analog 0-5V inputs
2 High Speed Counter Inputs (RPM, FREQUENCY BASED MAF, etc)
1 EGT Input

1 programmable 0-5V output
3 programmable LEDs.

The new datalog software will record your data upto 12-15 times per second. You can save the raw data to file for viewing later. In addition we have developed a gauge base viewing system. More details on this later, however here is a sneak pre-view. You will have the ability to change all of the properties of the gauges (Range, back color, font color, size, bezel color, tick size, tick color, needle size/style/color, numeric indicator on/off/style, etc). You will also be able to make any of the gauges invisible if you are not using it. In the first picture, the bottom 3 gauges are not visible. If you have questions, let us know. We will give updates shortly.

The first image shows one way it could be setup, the second setup, we just changed the designs of the gauges for different effects.
