Finished my single stage 150psi kit today...install took sometime only because I wasn't sure where I wanted to mount the pump. The wiring and online instructions made the overall installation a breeze.
First change I instantly noticed was that the car wasn't hesitating like it usually did (under boost at low rpm) but due to the rain at that moment I could only experience the 3rd gear spins. Later that night it dried up and the car was driving much more smooth and with a broader range of power. I am still very shocked at the overall change the kit has made to my car and this was all on just straight water, not an alky/water mix.
My buddies ctsv would walk me in 4th gear...now its either dead even or I'm inchin away!
Cant thank you guys enough, great service and products.
Pictures
Pump; located next to the stock washer bottle. Used lots of zip ties and I am in the process of making a guard for it in case of road debrit.
Solenoid, boost switch, and relay (viewed from under the car); the bag is temporary in case of water.
Top view of solenoid, pressure switch, and relay (mostly covered by the bag); I will be making a cover for these also.
Injector (brass piece); mounted just above the temp sensor on my bov adapter pipe. I do not recommend mounting it before the sensor.

Nice man, i've been looking at there set up and have been impressed with the results. My next mod in line is a wideband, then i'm getting water injection. When you get a chance, i'd like to see some dyno number with the kit off and on.
i am sorry i am a newbie to all of this what doest it acutally do
Thanks alot for your question. Water injection is a system that sprays an ultra-fine mist of water into your intake stream. When these microns of water hit the hot air they evaporate. its the changing of water to steam...the evaporation process that soaks up the charge temps and cools the cylinder heads in your car. This is not merely giving you lower intake temps than any intecooler..it will...but its much more than that. Because of the cool air temps and the better combustion your car is far less likely to detonate or ping. Most cars are gaining HP just by bolting the system up. SRT's are gaining 18-20 HP without changing anything. Water injection allows you to up the boost, change the timing and do other things (such as fuel curves) that could not be done with out it.
A last bonus...the water injection steam cleans your engine of all the carbon.
now how does the system know when to come on and when would it come on. How often do you fill the tank and with what
Our systems are activated by your boost pressure. WE have a device that plugs into your boost line and detects the boost. Its user adjustable. When you hit that boost level the system activates and doesnt turn off until you drop below that boost level.
The 1 gallon tank that we sell Is typically good between fillups at the gas station..
wouldnt just using straight water start to corrode the internals.. isnt that why they mix alky into it to make sure it doesnt corrode... SMC enterprises makes custom evo alky kits , and universal kits and they use 100% meth.. you could mix it up a lil but i just use alky.. Am i wrong about the water part? I know water is a better heat exchanger but 100% water?

Actually, Alcohol (methanol) is far more corrosive that water to your engine. by the time the water reaches your engine its steam which goes out your exhaust. Remember, you are talking about spraying a FINE mist (fog like) of water into your intake. The temps of your engine are so high there is nothing left of it by the time it gets to your engine.
using 100 pct alcohol is fine, but if you want to prevent detonation water is superior.
Nice to see good information being offered instead of "DO A SEARCH", like you see with so many questions asked by the newer members. Thank You.
Is it normal for owners of your system to use the existing windsheild wiper liquid container as there water sorce, or do they usually also get a seperate container.

we do both. For SRT-4s you have a great 1 gallon resevour so we recommend using that, but if you prefer we sell our kits. If you buy our tank and put it in the trunk you benefit from colder water temps since its not in the engine bay.

on the note of colder water...I was wonder last night when I was driving how much of an effect I would get buy throwing some ice cubes in the bottle? I know they wouldn't last too long but if you were to hit up the track for an hour or two would you be able to notice a small difference?
Oh, everyone, dont forget to reset the PCM after the install as mine was still trying to run some cheesy timing. After a quick reset that thing was like a bat...out of hell.
I think all my buddies want to buy W/I now, one of them was like 'but corky bell said you shouldn't need it'....I was like Dont make me smack you!

Just make sure you use clean water for the ICE ( ie distilled)
