I just had the same problem. And my shit hydro locked. Filled my tank up Tuesday, started it to go to work Wednesday. Bam, locked up. I have no idea why it would do this. It's been hooked up for months now, and now this happens. The only thing I can think of is the solenoid went bad.

That is terrible to hear. Its almost never you hear of this type of thing.

Did you get the flow sensor to see the flow? It would not have helped if the solenoid went bad and it leaked over night but you would see when you are driving that its drawing in under vacuum.

Solenoid vs checkvalve unfortunately is a debate that lasts forever.

it sounds like the solenoid, if you just started the car and had this problem it must have leaked overnight.

just curious where did you tap power to the controller? I know it makes no difference in this case but curious.

I wanted to see how long it takes even an open line to drop from the nozzle and it is about 1 small drop every 3 or 4 seconds. It seems it would take forever to empty the tank.
