To make a long story short...I ordered a CF OEM wing from Octane Motorsports, who drop ships from CBD. When I opened it I realized that it had a small defect in it. After weeks of going back and forth arguing with OM about who is going to pay shipping and not getting any calls back from them, I finally sent Travis a PM. He almost instantly tells me to ship it back to CBD and he will take a look at it and see what can be done. A week later I shoot him a pm and he tells me a replacement has been sent out. Travis was willing to stand by his products and help me out even though I didnt order it straight through CBD. Awesome customer service. I'll be ordering straight from them in the future. Thanks again, Travis!
