I just got one of their "B" grade hoods on blowout and I am amazed with how nice it is, yes if you sit and examine every little line you can see some imperfection in the weave but otherwise it is first class, everyone that sees it is blown away by it! Fit and quality of the finish is awesome, a ton and half better than any CF hoods I have seen for other cars, it might not be perfect but few can pick it out or even notice because the overall finish is so nice. I also have their trunk and other parts, I will continue to buy my CF parts strictly from them as time goes on if I feel the need for more!
I am sorry that some people feel they got shafted but if you understand CF you would know that as the mold is used the parts change in overall dimension and so on, so trial fitting is very important as well as examining the part thoroughly. If anything was noticed to be wrong then I am sure CBD would have stood behind their products and helped people out, I have never had any issues with contacting them directly, they have always answered all my odd questions.
