well i totally agree with you guys on the price being expensive, you have to remember that they are the only one's who make it now, so they can set the price at pretty much whatever they want. Until another one or two more carbon fiber fabricators who make top notch grade A carbon fiber do an ELW lip, this price might not go down for a while. Basically CBD doesn't have competition who also makes an ELW lip so they have no reason to lower down their prices till they get some competition.

I know for one, that is the main reason I don't buy any of these parts to put on my car. I mean I am not knocking their product at all. It looks outstanding and I know it will be of great quality. But I can't justify $340 for this one little bit to add onto my car.
The only lip I was even coming close to buying was the CBD B grade front lip with the struts, since all I am going to do is spray paint it black to match the car since I do not like the carbon look. But I don't believe they have that any more on their site, so it guess it will be a cold day in hell before I get around to buying a front lip.

that is also true, i'm with you also on the B grade front lip with the struts, i want one too cause A grade is too much for me. Whatever happen to the 5% off for being military lol
Got me. If they still have the B grade one, I will still be in the market for it. Just not until I get back to the states because the country roads over here in the UK suck ass. That lip wouldn't stand a chance over here.
I used to live in DE, used to go down to Waldorf all the time with my Ex.
the thing is we had all these people that wanted the lip remanufactured. So we designed it better to suit our cars. Now everyone wants to back out of buying it because its not going to sell at a reasonable 100 dollar value. The lip is made out of carbon fiber business not someones garage. Check out prices n other peoples front lips and see what the fair market value is for it.....Its not anywhere near priced to high.
