Directions for putting these parts on?

I got all my stuff in yesterday. Just wondering how this all works. IT appears to be like a body kit where u put the glue on the double sided tape and stick everything on. am i right?

Also is there a certain temprature thats idea for putting this stuff on? Its pretty cold here in NJ and i dont want to mess this stuff up.

How long does the glue take to dry???

I dont have any directions so it would be a huge help to explain how this works to me thanks!
