My carbon by design hood and trunk has kind of a rough feeling to it now, not sure why. Ive tried washing it a few times. Still rough surface. What can i use to clean this? and can i use a clay bar kit on it?

You can clean it like the rest of your car. It has clear on it like your paint. So you can clay bar and wax it with no problems.
