I am in the process of getting all of our instructions posted on the website in pdf format. The process for the Diffuser is as follows:

Adhesive Promoter: With all 3M VHB taped products we supply an ampoule of adhesion promoter. This tube of adhesion promoter must be used anywhere the tape will come into contact with. To use the ampoule crack it in the middle, you will hear the noise of breaking glass. Quickly wipe the ampoule on all the surfaces until it goes dry. Do not attempt to wait to rub the ampoule on each side, it will evaporate, you can rub the ampoule and place the tape3 on the surface up to one hour later.

Making the Cut: To pre-fit the rear diffuser onto your SRT-4, mark out an area 46? by 6? on the rear bumper with masking tape. Use the exhaust cutouts as references, there should be 1-2 inches between the beginning of the cut and the outer most portion of your existing cut outs. Start by cutting 1 inch from the outside of your exhaust cutouts to the top of your exhaust cutout. Your cut out should be no more than 6 inches high from the bottom of the bumper. Be careful not to cut square corners, as the part has round corners. Dry position the part in the opening and check for fitment. If you need to make an additional cut start with a half inch more and slowly progress until you have the desired fit. After a satisfactory fitment has been made, apply the adhesive promoter to the portions of the bumper which will come into contact with the diffuser. Lift the edge of the rear of the red backing on the tape so you have a small piece free like a tail. Dry position the diffuser on the bumper again, this time check for alignment, when alignment is achieved pull on the red tape backing and adhere the part to the car.

Stand Offs: We have supplied two standoffs and hardware to further support the rear diffuser. Place the stand off in the valley of one of the center troughs of the diffuser. Use the self tapping machine screws provided to mount into the steel bumper. Mark and drill two 3/16ths holes on the diffuse and use the rivets provided to connect the stand offs to the rear diffuser once you have aligned and installed the upper portion of the stand off to the inner steel bumper. Repeat on the other side.

Additional Rivets
: We have provided nine additional rivets that can be installed 3/8? below the edge of the diffuser to help keep the piece adhered to the bumper. Use the supplied washers as a backing plate for each rivet. This takes a small hand to reach up in the bumper to hold it all together before pulling on the rivet gun. If you choose to install these we recommend painting the rivets with a Black paint pen that you can find at any craft store. Once installed, use the paint pen for any touch ups that are needed.
