what was done, does it have to do with easy shifting. my tranny is hard to shift.

Rage-Tek Hydraulic Throw out bearing
i had the same problem, due to a worn TOB fork, replacing it with a new one would just be temporary as it would wear down again, this was the fix, it makes daily driving so much smoother.
