Hey Nemo, when I was speaking to Quicky through pm's he said you guys where expecting some more clutch pivot upgrades. I wanna get one before I install the twin disc. Any idea when you guys will have more in stock?
Twin disk guys..... Talked to the clutch kit provider and they are leaving tomorrow morning for Rage. Today when we were checking the bank we seen that we weren't charged (they charge us when they ship) so I immediately called them to figure out what was up and they said they had to make some pressure plates (didnt notify me this when i originally placed the order.....assuming they had orders to fill..it happens to the best of us) and they were finishing them up at about 4:00 this evening. They said they were leaving tomorrow morning for us. I'm hoping to get them in on Friday and out for everyone to have either Tuesday or Wednesday. Sorry for the slight hold up fella's.
It's all good Quicky. Got a wiring bug to figure out now anyways. Also I'm gonna install the clutch pedal pivot upgrade at same time so I don't deal with breaking that damn master cylinder push rod! Those things suck to install IMO!

I feel ya.
Hey I'm going to call the machine shop tomorrow to figure out whats up with the clutch pedal adjustments. It would cut down on 20 phone calls a day about them.

What kinda adjustments are needed with this clutch? Is this not a put it in, break it in and go setup? Does the pedal feel like stock or what exactly needs to be "adjusted"?
I currently have a CM S4 that is holding up well but want to rev the car higher so I want to go with a non-modular setup.
Will this rev to 7k+ safely? Also, this can be used on a stock input shaft?

Pedal adjustment....this is merely a personal preference. You'll just need to adjust it accordingly to your liking (everyone is different). All this clutch needs for break in is about 3 half throttle engagements. Wouldn't be a bad idea to get a 100 miles or so on it either. Pedal will not feel like stock. 1 week of driving and you'll be used to it.
The twin disk we have had numerous times 8600+ RPM for 4 years and uncountable dyno and track passes. We have our twin disc on our sfwd car that we plan on revving to 11K RPM as well. It will hold up juuuuuuust fine.
As for the input shaft. We have it on one of our SRT's making 580-600hp for 2 years. The car was beat on at the track, ran plenty of 10's and was daily driven. The input shaft held fine. One night when we were on the dyno in broke...yeah dyno of all places. Many who jump to a twin start to see input shaft issues but some get lucky like we did on the car mentioned above. Cant put a HP number on the stock input shaft though as there to many factors like maintenance, history etc that come into play when talking about their strength.
For those need input shafts we got the best money can buy. Pilot bearing options, altered gearing options, full dogbox gear kits (requires a different clutch disc)
