Im not going to get into what turbo brands are better...as there is an application for every application if you catch my meaning. I will say that both BW and Delta turbos are the hot ticket these days and both perform very well.
Ive been happy with every BW and Delta turbo we have had the pleasure of working with.
As for the on topic reply, sounds like a great build Shea. Ive been tossing back and forth [well for the past 4 years] whether or not I should put my personal car back on the road. Seeing your thread has me thinking again
glad you can make it in. You have your opinion and i have mine. truth hurts
the car should run very solid still. im going to need more hp to run the times everyone is to get in the 10.5's.. nothing in my car will be touched (wieght wise). i'm not going to run a bw turbo either. going a different route and changing the cams.
your car is going to move man. that dog box tranny is going to be the shit on your car.
You going to spill the beans or what?

Good luck Shea I hope you reach your goals and surpass them!! I say go BIG on the turbo and YES deffenetly go Dogbox!! Also are the stock lifters able to handle the high rpm rev's? I heard they weren't good past 7200rpm..
Seems a lot more of us are going that route Good luck to you too Reed!
And good luck to you as well mr. matthew. Still cant wait to your beat up and running!
We've have stock lifters on Nemo's car for about 3-4 years at 8500+ rpm. I will have to look into options with Nemo. Me and him have a lot to discuss.
that car is not your regular srt-4 owner car. that tranny is built with unknown specs and thats why the turbo is shining on the car. built motor+built custom 5 speed tranny, plus car wieghs less then people think (i was even told by a dcr source it does), solid tuner. Not ragging on the car because its a very strong car but until i see dyno graphs or track times from another srt owner that doesn't go to realtune then i wouldn't recommend it to people. thats my .2
DCR has ZERO clue how much Erics car weights and they know VERY little about Erics car other than what little bit I tell them. Hell even Eric doesnt know and it was never posted until I posted it in the AGP IM thread. So there you go flapping your lips like you know some big secret.
You can keep running your mouth about special this and special that trying to make restrictions for what you think something should be...but the fact of the matter is his car is built from parts most of the people on these boards run. You will see that when we start finishing some of the cars in our shop and they all start running similar times......but you will just flag them as ''special'' cars as well because of how far from their times you will be.

So let me get this straight, you continue to run your mouth about my business and cars I build....and you are telling me that I shouldnt trash this thread up? Are you bi-polar as well as clueless?
Its simple Reed. Dont lie and talk trash, and you and I will never speak. If you run your mouth and continue to lie...I will be there to say so. Its that simple.
i really like arron and what he does with these cars. i just don't like the fact everyone on the board is pretty much gives out their info but Aaron is so affraid to post theirs (other than the basic's, built motor, etc..). He's affraid people willl copy him etc...
