Been six weeks, supposed to be four. Got any pistons in stock? I need to get my motor together. This is holding me up. I'll call the shop later today...Had to vent...
How soon could you get me some 8.0:1 pistons. Would that be easier for you to get. I'd even settle for 8.8:1. Let me know what you can do. I just want to get rollin' again! Also, If these take longer than May, can I just get a refund. You gotta understand that if you told me it would take longer than 7 weeks in the first place, I would have just purchased them elsewhere. Let me know.

Reason: question
Ok I have still in box brand new JE Pistons. Stock size with rings. They are 8:0 to 1. They have anti-friction coating. Here is the link of where I got them.
They are not .020 over standard size with 8 to 1 compression ratio. I blew my motor and bought them thinking my cyl were fine. Well I was wrong they were to scrached up even after honning them. They had to be boared .020 over. So these pistons were to small. I will sell them for $400 with JE Rings.

Bump. I will call for an update tomorrow. My head is done. My powdercoated pieces will be done in a week, but I still need my pistons. If you can get me the 8.8cr pistons sooner, that will be fine. I heard they were on the shelf.
Thanks
P.S. I know this is not your fault and Weisco is behind but I can't keep waiting.
Sounds good. I can wait on that. So I won't bug you until Tuesday. With shipping can I hope to have them by the following Friday or Monday if all goes well?
Also are we getting the newly designed pistons or the old design with lower compression? Just read up on some problems Wiseco had with the old design. Something about how they were developing hot spots?!
