Default Htob Help Please .

First here is my measurments
Take your FH & subtract your IT
(FH) .313 - (IT) .237 = .076
Subtract this number from your PPH
(PPH) 3.19 - .076 = 3.114
Now subtract your HTOB depth from this number
3.114 -(HTOB depth) 2.971 = .143
+.143 is the amount of my preload

OK I need to know how do I get that to 0 , this is with 0 shims so I can't just take one off or grind any thing down , I put my transmission back on & bolted everything back down because I couldn't think of any way to get that preload off & thought mabe it would be OK but this is what it does with just that small bit of preload , it shifts like butter in all the gears , but the only problem is because of the preload it's like I have my foot half way down on the clutch pedal so when you give it any gas at all it just slips & does not let the clutch grab at all , like if you had a bad burnt out clutch , this is with the clutch pedal adjusted all the way down towards the floor board also & if you adjust it up the clutch does not let the car go untill the pedal is all the way up , also the clutch is a clutchmaster stage 3 & is only 4 months old & worked great before I put this on , this sucks & I need to know how to make this work , please help .

You need to grind the two countersink torx screws that hold the plate on..
That will take care of it..
Sorry for the problems
