Nightmare return line set up , ALL fuel lines replaced with 6-AN and inline fuel filter.
- Supporting mods:
MAXFAB stg3 O2 housing.
MAXFAB full 3" turboback.
Custom dump tube for WGA.
Trubonetics evolution WGA.
CTI intercooler.
RAGE race ported intake manifold (gasket matched)
RPM services 62mm TB.
JMB 3" ultimate intake (modified to short ram).
D-TEC FC/BC.
Stg0 ECU!
- Thats it for actual power mods, the rest are miscellaneous and dont matter right now. - Nemo was only able to get 20psi letting it fall to 18psi red line, any higher boost at spike or red line and it was: ♪♫"knock knock knocking on heavens doOOoor... yea... ye-ye-yeaaa..."♫♪. Apparently the 4 M3 nozzles and pump gas (93oct) are not enough, i have had this turbo hold 25psi to red line no problem, unfortunately i dont have enough octane for it yet, and depending on race gas for me is not an option for me. Due to the knock we cut it short and didnt even play with the cams i had them set temporarily at; intake retarded 2* and exhaust advanced 3* to smooth out the idle until i got the car tuned.
So, there you go, 402whp@18psi to red line, pump, RAGE-TEK motor and Nemo's tuning, big thanks to Nemo for being so patient and cuddly .

i cant, moroso its closed for the next few months, but dont worry im dying to, i have slicks, NDE traction control/2 step, boost by gear, bla bla bla, etc.
Why does it seem to spool slow is it the cams you have in there, but good power.
well, larger wheels loose spool, cams are not tuned, when you step on it boost is 17psi, creeps to 20psi and falls to 18psi, there was no point really to mess with the boost, where we were was the limit before knocking, so no point in wasting dyno time to figure out the boost until the larger meth nozzles are in.
Yea I know bigger wheels are laggier, but shouldnt be that laggy. I would think a 44lb s3 would hit full boost on the street at 3300-3400 rpm. Not 4500 rpm like it seems in your dyno sheet. It will probally just involve tuning your cams and your spool and torque will come up.

yes some playing of the cams is due, but dont judge boost by just looking at the dyno sheet, judge it by looking at the boost gauge, what you see on the graph is when the power comes in, and the power band right now is being affected by the flow of the head, the position of the cams, not just boost alone, we havent mess with the spike anyways.
