As some of you may have noticed contacting us via phone has been hard. We turned our phones off (shop and cell) all this week to catch up on orders, installs and builds. We are constantly on the phone and it takes away hours of valuable time we could be using to get orders processed and shipped and builds completed.

can you get back to me on my issue with my intake. this has been going on for at least 1 1/2 months and i keep getting the ' IT IS BEING SHIPPED TODAY".nemo called me friday and said the intake(which was part of the small battery kit) was going to be shipped on friday. even if it was shipped monday, i should still have gotten it. can you get me a tracking no.
