You need to grind/file down the part of the thermostat that looks like it was forged for a screw in coolant sensor a little bit. Its really really easy and does not effect anything since what your grinding/filing off is wasted casting material and the structural integrity of the housing is not effected in any way.

Didnt even think of that...im dumb

Just a FYI(or i could have made another mistake) The bolts get tight before they reach the thermostat, i used another washer. You guys should make out a set of directions or maybe supply them in the kit...Not nitpicking at all, some guys when they work on there car are away from internet and freak when shit dont add up.
